This includes individuals who are autistic and/or have ADHD—whether diagnosed, awaiting assessment, or self-identifying—as well as their carers.

What can you expect?

The Hub offers a safe, welcoming, and accessible environment where you can feel heard and connect with others who may share similar experiences.

You can choose how you receive support, whether through group sessions, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, or video calls.
